Geographic definitions of ImmoStat Sectors

All ImmoStat members share the same geographic zoning of the Greater Paris Region in the market reports.

This segmentation in 8 sectors and 21 subsectors is the result of their market expertise and follows the evolution of real estate markets and submarkets. It is also an open canvas at everyone’s disposal that allows easy and reliable cross-comparaisons for Real Estate profesionals.

Segmentation is based on the boundaries of cities, with the exception of Paris Central Business District (CBD) and La Défense that both have a street-level definition.
