This is why they have decided to create a new market indicator focusing on<strong>industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Communiqu-ImmoStat-Activit-s-T3-2026_ENG.pdf\">&gt;Download the press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>DEFINITION AND WORK SCOPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u00ab industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region \u00bb, as calculated by ImmoStat, represents <strong>the volume of transactions (letting and sales to users)<\/strong> carried out with users in the Greater Paris Region.\n<br>ImmoStat defines industrials as premises used for the production or transformation of physical goods. Also included are warehousing-type transactions that do not have ICPE 1510 status, and courier services under 5,000 sqm.\n<br>This new indicator includes all installations, relocations or extensions to new industrial based on the signature of a contract between an owner and a company giving the company the use of the said premises<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>INDUSTRIAL TAKE-UP IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Since the beginning of 2026, industrial take-up<\/strong> in the Greater Paris Region (volume of letting transactions and sales to users) reached <strong>676,700 sqm<\/strong>, which <strong>is up by 1%<\/strong>, compared to the same cumulative in 2025. <strong>Q3 2026<\/strong> reached <strong>193,100 sqm<\/strong> which is<strong> down by 14%<\/strong> compared to Q3 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Since the beginning of 2026<\/strong>, transactions <strong>over 1000 sqm<\/strong> reached <strong>467,800 sqm<\/strong>, which is <strong>69%<\/strong> of take-up for the year.<strong> For Q3 2026,<\/strong> transactions <strong>over 1000 sqm<\/strong> reach <strong>136,600 sqm<\/strong>, which is <strong>71%<\/strong> of take-up for the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Since the beginning of 2026<\/strong>, transactions in <strong>second-hand space<\/strong> represented <strong>82%<\/strong> of take-up for the year. <strong>For Q3 2026<\/strong>, transactions in <strong>second-hand space<\/strong> continue to be in the majority representing <strong>80%<\/strong> of take-up for the quarter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since its creation in 2001, the members of the GIE ImmoStat have always worked to strengthen the readability and transparency [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4583,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4586","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-industrials"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
