{"id":4268,"date":"2026-04-16T08:25:55","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T06:25:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/?p=4268"},"modified":"2026-04-16T08:25:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T06:25:58","slug":"q1-2026-rent-incentives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/en\/q1-2026-rent-incentives\/","title":{"rendered":"Q1 2026 RENT INCENTIVES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AVERAGE RENT INCENTIVES REACH AT 30.4% IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<br>The average level of rent incentives for new office lettings above 1,000 sqm in the Greater Paris Region flat in Q1 2026 to reach 30.4% (+0.2 points compared to the previous quarter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/CP-T1-2026-LoyerEco_ENG.pdf\">>Download the press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New office lettings > 5,000 sqm receive slightly less support compared to others with a difference of -0.2 points in Q1 2026.<br>In the meanwhile, the secured length of lease > 5,000 sqm reached an average of 7.8 years (-3% year-on-year) in Q1 2026 and 6.1 years (-9% year-on-year) for those from 1,000 to 5,000 sqm.<br>The average level of rent incentives ranges across market sectors from 15.4% in Paris CBD to 40.1% in La D\u00e9fense.<br>One of the most significant change over the quarter, is an increase of rent incentives by +2.5 points in the Western Crescent.<br>All calculations are based on transactions made by ImmoStat members.
