This is why they have decided to include <strong>investment operations in residential assets in France<\/strong> in their monitoring.<br>To enhance the reliability of this new indicator, the members of the GIE ImmoStat (BNPPRE, CBRE, Cushman &amp; Wakefield and JLL) have teamed up with three partners with a strong presence in the residential market: BPCE Solutions immobili\u00e8res, FONCIA Valorisation and IKORY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Communique-ImmoStat-Residentiel-T4-2025_ENG.pdf\">>Download the press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DEFINITION AND WORK SCOPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;amount of residential investment in France&#8221; indicator, as calculated by ImmoStat, represents<strong>the overall volume of residential assets acquired in bulk<\/strong> during a given period by players with a view to obtaining a financial return from holding the property acquired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new indicator includes all residential assets sold in bulk, whether they are conventional or intermediate rental accommodation, student and senior residences (excluding EHPAD) as well as co-living residences, and mixed residential assets. Pure social housing is excluded from this indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT IN FRANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At the end of 2025, the total amount of residential investments in France<\/strong>, as defined by ImmoStat, was <strong>\u20ac4.3 billion, which is up by 29%<\/strong> compared to 2024. Q4 2025 is<strong> up by 74%<\/strong> compared to Q4 2024, reaching<strong> \u20ac1.6 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Classic and intermediate residential assets totaled \u20ac2.6 billion<\/strong> in 2025, which is <strong>down by 5%<\/strong> compared to 2024. Q4 2025 is <strong>up by 38%<\/strong> compared to Q4 2024, reaching <strong>\u20ac1.1 billion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lastly, residential assets under management totaled \u20ac1.7 billion in 2025<\/strong>, which is<strong> up by 213%<\/strong> compared to 2024.
