This is why they have decided to create a new market indicator focusing on<strong> industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Communiqu-ImmoStat-Activit-s-T2-2025_ENG.pdf\">>Download the press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DEFINITION AND WORK SCOPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u00ab industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region \u00bb, as calculated by ImmoStat, represents <strong>the volume of transactions (letting and sales to users)<\/strong> carried out with users in the Greater Paris Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ImmoStat defines industrials as premises used for the production or transformation of physical goods. Also included are warehousing-type transactions that do not have ICPE 1510 status, and courier services under 5,000 sqm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new indicator includes all installations, relocations or extensions to new industrial based on the signature of a<br>contract between an owner and a company giving the company the use of the said premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INDUSTRIAL TAKE-UP IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Industrial take-up<\/strong> in the Greater Paris Region (volume of letting transactions and sales to users) reached <strong>373,600 sqm in the first half of 2025<\/strong>, <strong>which is<\/strong> <strong>down by 32%<\/strong>, compared to the first half of 2024. Q2 2025 reached<strong> 162,800 sqm which is down by 41%<\/strong> compared to Q2 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the first half of 2025<\/strong>, transactions <strong>over 1000 sqm reached 252,900 sqm, which is 68% <\/strong>of take-up for the semester. For Q2 2025, transactions <strong>over 1000 sqm reached 107,500 sqm, which is 66%<\/strong> of take-up for the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the first half of 2025<\/strong>, transactions in <strong>second-hand space continue to be in the majority representing 83%<\/strong> of takeup for the semester.
