This is why they have decided to create a new market indicator focusing on industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Communique-ImmoStat-Activites-T1-2025_ENG.pdf\">>Download the press release<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DEFINITION AND WORK SCOPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u00ab industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region \u00bb, as calculated by ImmoStat, represents the volume of transactions (letting and sales to users) carried out with users in the Greater Paris Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ImmoStat defines industrials as premises used for the production or transformation of physical goods. Also included are warehousing-type transactions that do not have ICPE 1510 status, and courier services under 5,000 sqm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new indicator includes all installations, relocations or extensions to new industrial based on the signature of a contract between an owner and a company giving the company the use of the said premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INDUSTRIAL TAKE-UP IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial take-up in the Greater Paris Region (volume of letting transactions and sales to users) reached 202,800 sqm for Q1 2025 which is down by 26% compared to Q1 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transactions over 1000 sqm reach 139,100 sqm, which is 69% of take-up for the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transactions in second-hand space continue to be in the majority representing 78% of take-up in Q1 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since its creation in 2001, the members of the GIE ImmoStat have always worked to strengthen the readability and transparency [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":559,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3674","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-industrials"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
