Since the start of 2017, the office take-up now sums up to <strong>1,765,800 sqm<\/strong>, which is<strong> up by 2% <\/strong>when compared to the same period over 2016. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The immediate office supply<\/strong> on september 30th 2017 in the greater Paris Region is estimated to about <strong>3,538,000 sqm, down by 2%<\/strong> with regards to its level a year ago. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Based on transactions of the quarter, <strong>the headline rent of offices<\/strong> is on average: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u20ac 354 psqm per year, taxes and charges excluded for second-hand properties, down by 1% over a year ;<\/strong>  <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u20ac 368 psqm per year, taxes and charges excluded for new or restructured properties, down by 2% over a year.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The headline rent is the amount defined in lease contracts <strong>regardless of incentives<\/strong>, whose level was 22.1% last quarter and <strong>will be updated next month for Q3 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>INVESTMENTS IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the greater Paris Region, the investment volume in commercial Real Estate over<\/strong> Q3 2017 has reached <strong>\u20ac4.0 billion, down by 32%<\/strong> vs Q3 2016.
