{"id":1349,"date":"2017-11-06T15:20:52","date_gmt":"2017-11-06T14:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/63f39de5b601d7854e4aacf2"},"modified":"2024-02-02T10:55:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T10:55:11","slug":"q3-2017-rent-incentives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/en\/q3-2017-rent-incentives\/","title":{"rendered":"Q3 2017 Rent incentives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AVERAGE RENT INCENTIVES REACH AT 22% IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The average level of rent incentives<\/strong> for new lettings of offices above 1,000 sqm in the Greater Paris Region <strong>has increased over Q3 2017 to reach 22.3% <\/strong>(+0.2 point when compared to the previous quarter).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ae915e_e6a33da713b7409a8b6d103cc5f2caed.pdf\"  >> Download an English version of the Press Release<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/10_file.png\"  alt=\"immostat Q4 2016 rent incentives rent free offices real estate\"><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>New office lettings above 5,000 sqm<\/strong> keep experiencing stronger incentives than others with a difference of <strong>+1.8 point in Q3 2017. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the meanwhile, <strong>the secured length of lettings above 5,000 sqm is reaching at 8.7 years in average (-6% year-on-year) in Q3 2017<\/strong> and 5.9 years (<strong>-1% year-on-year<\/strong>) for those from 1,000 to 5,000 sqm. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The average level of rent incentives ranges across market sectors from <strong>15% in Paris Centre West (non-CBD) to 26.6% in Inner Rim. One of most significant change<\/strong> over the quarter, is an <strong>increase of rent incentives by +2.2 points in Outer Rim. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All calculations are based on lettings that have been made by ImmoStat members. This new publi-cation is released one month after the others. It aims to help Real Estate professionals gain a better understanding of rent levels.<\/p>\n<p>The level of rent incentives is based on new lettings for offices space over 1,000 sqm that took place in the Greater Paris Region over the last 12 months.
