The second quarter of 2016 sums up to <strong>613,800 sqm, up by 16% <\/strong>vs Q2 2015.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The immediate office supply <\/strong>on june 30th 2016 in the greater Paris Region is estimated to about <strong>3,723,000 sqm, down by 7%<\/strong> with regards to its level a year ago.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Based on transactions of the quarter, <strong>the headline rent of offices<\/strong> is on average:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u20ac 322 psqm per year, taxes and charges excluded for second-hand properties, up by 1% over a year ;<\/strong>  <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u20ac 377 psqm per year, taxes and charges excluded for new or restructured properties, up by 5% over a year.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The headline rent is the amount defined in lease contracts <strong>regardless of incentives<\/strong>, whose level was 22% last quarter and <strong>will be updated next month for Q2 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>INVESTMENTS IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the greater Paris Region, the investment volume in commercial Real Estate <\/strong>over H1 2016 has reached <strong>\u20ac6.4 billion, up by 11% <\/strong>when compared to H1 2015. Q2 2016 is <strong>up by 105% <\/strong>when compared to the second quarter of 2015 and represents <strong>\u20ac4.4 billion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>WAREHOUSES IN FRANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Over H1 2016, the take-up for warehouses of at least 5,000 sqm in the greater Paris region <\/strong>(Oise included) has reached <strong>368,800 sqm<\/strong>, which is <strong>down by 36%<\/strong> when compared to H1 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For France as a whole<\/strong>, the take-up for warehouses of <strong>at least 10,000 sqm<\/strong> over H1 2016 has reached <strong>1,204,900 sqm<\/strong>, with 954,200 sqm in French Regions and 250,700 sqm in the Greater Paris Region for transactions of alike size.
