{"id":1331,"date":"2016-09-05T15:20:52","date_gmt":"2016-09-05T13:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/63f39de5b601d7854e4aad08"},"modified":"2024-02-02T10:55:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T10:55:02","slug":"rent-incentives-over-q2-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/en\/rent-incentives-over-q2-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Rent incentives over Q2 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AVERAGE RENT INCENTIVES REMAIN AT 22% IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The average level of rent incentives for new lettings <\/strong>of offices in the Greater Paris Region <strong>has remained stable over Q2 2016<\/strong> as it increased of 0.1 point vs the former quarter<strong> to reach 22.1%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ae915e_9b6033d5d8484c5badc388e595aed5be.pdf\"  >> Download an English version of the Press Release<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/45_file.png\"  alt=\"immostat Q2 2016 rent incentives\"><\/figure>\n<p><strong>New office lettings above 5,000 sqm<\/strong> keep experiencing stronger incentives with a difference of <strong>+4.5 points in Q2 2016<\/strong> against other transaction, the highest over last 3 years.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the same time, <strong>the secured length of lettings above 5,000 sqm is reaching 9.0 years in average at the end of Q2 2016<\/strong> vs 6.1 for other lettings \u2013 each one progressing over the year by respectively 15% and 6%.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The average level of rent incentives ranges across market sectors <strong>from 15.1% in Southern Paris to 28.0% in La D\u00e9fense. The strongest progression <\/strong>over the quarter was <strong>again observed in the Outer Rim<\/strong> where incentives have grown from 21.5% to 22.9%.<\/p>\n<p>The calculation is based on lettings that have been assisted by ImmoStat members. This new publi-cation is released one month after the others. It is designed to help Real Estate professionals gain a better understanding of rent levels.<\/p>\n<p>The level of rent incentives is based on new lettings for offices greater than 1,000 sqm that took place in the Greater Paris Region over the last 12 months.
