{"id":1327,"date":"2016-11-07T17:20:52","date_gmt":"2016-11-07T16:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/63f39de5b601d7854e4aad04"},"modified":"2024-02-02T10:55:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T10:55:05","slug":"rent-incentives-over-q3-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/en\/rent-incentives-over-q3-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Rent incentives over Q3 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AVERAGE RENT INCENTIVES REMAIN AT 22% IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The average level of rent incentives<\/strong> for new lettings of offices above 1,000 sqm in the Greater Paris Region <strong>remains high with 22.2% over Q3 2016<\/strong> vs 22.0% over the former quarter. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ae915e_8e9afd77b27247768900509b3600112a.pdf\"  >> Download an English version of the Press Release<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/4_file.png\"  alt=\"immostat Q3 2016 rent incentives\"><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>New office lettings above 5,000 sqm<\/strong> keep experiencing stronger incentives with a difference of <strong>+4 points in Q3 2016<\/strong> against other transaction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the same time, <strong>the secured length of lettings above 5,000 sqm is reaching 9.3 years in average at the end of Q3 2016<\/strong> vs 5.9 for other lettings \u2013 up by 6% over the year for the first type and stable for the second.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The average level of rent incentives ranges across market sectors <strong>from 15.5% in Southern Paris to 27.2% in La D\u00e9fense. One of most significant change<\/strong> over the quarter, is a <strong>decrease of rent incentives by -0.7 point in La D\u00e9fense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The calculation is based on lettings that have been assisted by ImmoStat members. This new publi-cation is released one month after the others. It is designed to help Real Estate professionals gain a better understanding of rent levels.<\/p>\n<p>The level of rent incentives is based on new lettings for offices greater than 1,000 sqm that took place in the Greater Paris Region over the last 12 months.
