{"id":1312,"date":"2015-04-08T17:20:52","date_gmt":"2015-04-08T15:20:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/63f39de5b601d7854e4aad1d"},"modified":"2024-02-02T11:05:16","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T11:05:16","slug":"immostat-results-for-q1-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.immostat.com\/en\/immostat-results-for-q1-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"ImmoStat Results for Q1 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>The investment volume in commercial Real Estate in Q1 2015 has reached \u20ac 3.6 billion.<\/em> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Every quarter, ImmoStat, an independent entity pooling data for the four main brokers in French Commercial Real Estate (BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, DTZ et JLL) presents its key indicators for the Greater Paris Region. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.immostat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/18_file.png\"  alt=\"immostat T1 2015\"><\/figure>\n<p>The present release covers:  \uf0b7  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the office take-up (both new lettings and sales to occupiers)  <\/li>\n<li>the office immediate supply and average headline rent  <\/li>\n<li>the investment volume   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OFFICES IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>The office take-up in the greater Paris region <\/strong>has reached <strong>372,500 sqm<\/strong> over Q1 2015, <strong>down by 27%<\/strong> vs Q1 2014. In 2014 the final amount for the office take-up is set to <strong>2,168,700 sqm<\/strong>, which is up by 16%  when compared to the year 2013. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The immediate office supply <\/strong>at the end of Q1 2015 in the Greater Paris Region is estimated to about <strong>3,976,000 sqm, up by 2% <\/strong>with regards to its level a year ago. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The headline rent for second-hand offices <\/strong>calculated based on transactions over Q1 2015 is on average <strong>\u20ac 315 psqm per year<\/strong>, taxes and charges excluded, <strong>flat <\/strong>when compared to the former quarter. Note that this rent is the amount defined in lease contracts regardless of incentives.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The rate of incentives over Q1 2015 will be released in a separate announce next month <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>INVESTMENTS IN THE GREATER PARIS REGION<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>The investment volume in commercial Real Estate <\/strong>in Q1 2015 has reached <strong>\u20ac 3.6 billion, up by 13% <\/strong>when compared to the same quarter last year.
